LIA is the professional education and development association for the Financial Services industry. Coinciding with their 25th year in Ireland, DesignWorks were tasked with developing a brand that would reflect the organisation's ambition - positioning them in the market with a compelling proposition.

We started with the thought that has always been central to LIA: understanding the needs of members, students and clients. From this, a core idea emerged; ‘forward together’. We helped the team define their offer and messaging, including a new strapline ‘developing your future in finance’.

The new brand identity, with its confident imagery and clear messaging, expresses this new level of impact for its many audiences. Animated illustrations convey a vision of the future and the possibilities that are uniquely associated with LIA and its offer to members and students.

The brand implementation was carefully planned in advance of an overnight change across the organisation, coinciding with a launch event. The new identity ensures standout for LIA in the competitive world of professional education.
