MyWaste is the official guide for Irish waste management, developed by the Regional Waste Management Offices on behalf of the Department of Climate Action, Communications and the Environment.


In 2018 DesignWorks were commissioned to develop a brand identity and public information campaign for the initiative and associated website.


The vision is for MyWaste to become the definitive source of information on waste management for all citizens - providing clear, concise and relevant advice and instruction to householders, and contributing to a raised level of national awareness and participation.


Empowering the public and overcoming apathy was a key challenge of the brand identity project, and core audience needs are addressed in a manner that is both matter-of-fact and friendly.
