The opportunity to develop the brand for Serosep came as the Limerick-based diagnostic specialists prepared to expand into the US market, having secured FDA approval for their flagship product, EntericBio.

Having developed the identity and packaging design for EntericBio in 2010, a product which has since revolutionised molecular enteric testing, we were thrilled to reconnect with Serosep and help align their business ambitions with their brand strategy and visual communications.

The strategic phase of our process provided the blueprint for the brand identity, transforming how Serosep and its family of brands will grow and communicate into the future.
Belief in providing better diagnostic solutions is what inspired the founders of Serosep in 1997, this same vision informs the brand today - innovating and improving the efficiency of their customers diagnostic capabilities - expressed simply as 'Diagnostic Excellence with Superior Care’.

The identity is derived from the hexagonal molecular structure which is at the heart of their product range and suggestive of connection, innovation and their network of skilled specialists.
As the company continues to innovate and expand, the new value proposition allows it to take ownership of a space in the market it has become renowned for - laboratory knowledge and excellence in customer support.
